Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods or sales.
Shipping Time
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Element Extensions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, Element Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Element Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Return & Refund Policy
At Element Extensions, we take pride in providing quality products and maintaining high standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products once they have been purchased.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Eligibility for Review
To be eligible for a resolution:

Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

The zip ties, seals, or bands must not be tampered with or removed
We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.
Refunds (If Approved)
If your request is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Color & Texture Variations
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and wave pattern may occur—especially with raw or unprocessed hair. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
